Have you tried alternate leg hopping with jump rope? It's like light jog. Then gradually you will increase lifting your knee until you can get high knee jump rope. You can try find in YouTube - I'll try find some and post them here as example on how to do those jumps but might take time as I'm right now on vacation and hard to find time using Internet.

Weekly Challenge: Sunday 10th - Saturday 23rd November 2013

This week challenge is Alternate Leg to High Knee Jump Rope. This is a progressing move, you start with low jump alternate leg then gradually move to high knee alternate leg.
You need to do non-stop/no rest jumps for either:
- LONGEST TIME
- HIGHEST NUMBER
- do both!You can post your update here as many as you want as long as you do this weekly challenge in the time period. I will select the longest time and highest number by end of the week.Rewards!- The Longest Time (to the person who jump the longest)- The Highest Number (to the person who get the most number of jumps)Good luck!
