11-02 = 465x (8:38 including total 4 minutes rest) I did Countdown Challenge Week #2, 1 try on each leg then 100x normal jumps and repeat twice: 35x right leg hop 5x left leg hop 100x normal *** 2-min break *** 40x right leg hop 28x left leg hop 100x normal *** 2-min break *** 50x right leg hop 7x left leg hop 100x normal
To sum it, apparently my left leg is weaker than my right when doing single leg hop, haha.
