Let's post your jump rope, whether your minutes or jump count!
I know it's late but it's better late than never!

For Beginner, I suggest you do minimum 60x jumps or 60 minutes per day.
For Intermediate/Advanced, how about try triple the number of the Beginner!

p/s: Lots of reason why I was so late posting this monthly challenge but it's a long, long story to tell here and I'm a chatterbox, haha.
