For this month, combine plank with jump rope! You can do different types of planks with different jump rope styles :D
The Challenge Details: Challenge A - Minutes: Do 15s Plank for every minute you do jump rope. For Beginner, one set is 4 minutes jump rope so you will get 1-min Plank! For Intermediate and Advance, do double of Beginner's set!
Challenge B - Count: Do 15s Plank for every 100x jump rope. For Beginner, one set is 400x jump rope so you will get 1-min Plank! For Intermediate and Advance, do double of Beginner's set!
Try to be creative with the sets. For example: - 2 sets of 20s jump /10s rest then do 30s plank - 1-min jump / 15s plank (these two are Challenge A) - 50x jump - rest - 50x jump - rest - 15s plank - rest - 100x jump - rest - 30s plank - rest (these last two are Challenge B)
This challenge starts from 2nd to 29th September 2013. You can choose either Challenge A or Challenge B and see how many total sets you can get in September 2013!
