100 jumps

3000-100=2900

I finally remembered to jump. I put my rope on my family room lazy boy. I just got off some medication that was making me feel ill. I was feeling very fatigued, back ache, and vertigo. I am feeling much better now. I am ready to start exercising!

I've very much liked the challenges from the past two months. I gained a lot from both. I've been missing jump roping blind-folded, what I took on in February, so I think I will work on both: blind jumps and 60x JR + 3x pushup burpees. I don't think I'll set a goal for this month though. I'll be traveling this month and I'm currently under the weather :( Maybe my intention for April should be to try and not overdo it! Meanwhile, I'll be rooting for you all.

Any time I have to count something and I get into a rhythmic pattern, I lose track and my brain wanders. So, instead of counting jumps, I think I'll make a minute goal! :) Here's to jumping three times a week on non-pt days for 15 minutes for a total of 180 minutes for the month of April.

Welcome April.

I actually have a goal of 5K walk/jog training this month and jump rope should be a very good cross training when I actually start.

This month, we will return to our normal routine - how many total minutes or jumps can you get in this April 2013!

Set your goal, either total minutes or total jumps and see if you can reach it by end of this month :D

For beginner, I suggest minimum 60 minutes (1 min/day) or 2000 jumps (60x jump/day with extra 200).
For intermediate/advance, I challenge you to do double or triple the amount of a beginner for whichever you choose, total minutes or total jumps!

Amplify your energy this April!
