This month, we will return to our normal routine - how many total minutes or jumps can you get in this April 2013!
Set your goal, either total minutes or total jumps and see if you can reach it by end of this month :D
For beginner, I suggest minimum 60 minutes (1 min/day) or 2000 jumps (60x jump/day with extra 200).
For intermediate/advance, I challenge you to do double or triple the amount of a beginner for whichever you choose, total minutes or total jumps!
