Quick summary:
Oct 24 = 600 (5 sets of 120 Normal in 5 minutes, alternating with elliptical machine)
Oct 27 = 680 (16 sets of 20 jumps/10 rest so total 8 minutes)
Oct 28 = 580 (180 of reverse jumps of Scissors, Side-to-side, 1-leg Hop and 400 of Normal) = reached my October 2012's goal 5000 jumps with extra 458!

Oct 23 - 160 total reverse jumps. 60 reverse normal jumps and 100 reverse scissors jumps. I think I'm out of practice of reverse jump rope LOL
