Sep 13 - I did Time and AMJAP and with two different ropes because the first snapped, cut off at the handle. The second rope was slightly heavier but the handles were much easier to grip:
Jump Rope #1: 1:08, 150 jumps (Rope #1)
Jump Rope #2: 1:07, 150 jumps (Rope #1)
Jump Rope #3: 1:20, 150 jumps (Rope #2)
Jump Rope #4: 5:00, 510 jumps (Rope #2)
Jump Rope #5: 5:00, 700 jumps (Rope #2)
Total 13 minutes, 1660 jumps.

Jump rope #1 (4-min), total jumps 480.
Jump rope #2 (4-min), total jumps 550.
Jump rope #3 (4-min), total jumps 565.
Total 12 minutes and 1595 jumps.

Sep 11 - I did interval and AMJAP (as many jumps as possible) jump rope.
Jump rope #1, 2 rounds of 50s jump/10s rest (total 2-min), total jumps 265.
Jump rope #2, 9-min, total 1045 (yay, coz I usually got 1000 in 10-minute!)
Total 11 minutes jumps, total 1310.

I also reached my September monthly total jumps 4500, yay! Perhaps that's number is too small, hehe.

Sep 8 - 8-min jump rope, total 480 jumps.

Sep 9 - None, got cramps from TOM.

Sep 10 - I did interval jump rope.
Interval #1, 8 rounds of 20s jump/10s rest (total 4-min), total jumps 355.
Interval #2, 2 rounds of 50s jump/10s rest (total 2-min), total jumps 235.
Interval #3, 8 rounds of 20s jump/10s rest (total 4-min), total jumps 370.

Sep 4 - 4-min jump rope (590x, I finally able to jump rope 180x in 1-min!)

Sep 5 - 5-min jump rope (610x)

Sep 6 - no jump rope, so tired and dizzy of late eating when I broke my fast. I wish I did jump in the morning instead of waiting till night.

This month's challenge:
For each day, set a goal for jump rope minute, increase the minute daily and try to achieve the daily goals. By end of the month, your goal should be at least 30-min!
So, for example:
09-01: 1-min
09-02: 2-min
09-03: 3-min
.
.
.
09-28: 28-min
09-29: 29-min
09-30: 30-min

You can split the minutes into several session or you can do in one workout. So, let's say on Sept 10th your goal is 10-min, you can jump 5-min in the morning and another five in the afternoon. Or 10-min in a workout, no splitting the minutes.
