What I did this morning in 12 minutes and almost got 1000 jumps in total 6-min jump rope!
2 rounds of this workout:
1-min Jump Rope
30s Alternate Dragon Kicks
30s Alternate Staggered Pushup
1-min Jump Rope
30s Reverse Lunge & Front Kick
30s Reptile Pushup
1-min Jump Rope
30s Skater Squat
30s Diamond Pushup

I call this circuit workout JR+Upp+Lwr :D

What I did for Week 1, core and upper circuit:
- Jump Rope 100x
- Jungshin Kneeling Meditation 10 reps
- Modified Aligator Pushup 10 reps
- Jump Rope 100x
- Crab Toe Touches 20 reps (10 reps each side)
- Jump Rope 100x
- Pushup to Side Plank 10 reps
- Jungshin Abs 10 reps
Time = 12:46

Monday, my plan was to alternate jump rope with strength exercises but I managed to do in 4 minutes for jump rope (100 jumps) and two strength exercises 10 reps each (Pushup to Side Plank and Jungshin Abs without sword). Tomorrow will try again for longer circuit :D

You read my mind!! That is exactly what I had been planning to do this month, circuit training routines mixing ST with JR. I'm going to be away from home for a month and won't have a gym. I got an interval timer and thought to research some BodyRock and other workouts. I have been wanting to do this sort of workout for a long time. At last.
I researched the BodyRock team pages, found the link to a series of workouts: litealloy.com/workouts/tags and I plan to write down on index cards different workouts intervals. Yippee!! I'm stoked!

This month, do at least once per week (except week 4.5, do twice) circuit training, combine jump rope with strength exercises based on this plan:
Week 1 1st to 7th = core and upper body - 1x
Week 2 8th to 14th = upper and lower body - 1x
Week 3 15th to 21st = core and lower body - 1x
Week 4.5 22nd to 31st = whole body - 2x

Ideas for circuit training jump rope+strength:
- Alternate 1-min jump rope with 2-min strength exercise continuosly
- Do two strength then jump rope and repeat
- Do 100 jump rope then 60s a strength exercise then repeat 9x
