*** Week 4 (23rd - 29th) = 1000

7/28 = 1000/10-min

*** Week 3 (16th - 22nd) = 250+150+605 = 1005.

*** Week 2 (9th - 15th) = 350+240+500 = 1090. Total so far for July, Wk1 3360 + Wk2 1090 = 4450 (extra 450 for my July goal 4000, yay!)

7/14 = 500/5-min (1+1+1+2 minutes)
7/10 = 240/2-min (3 sets of 30s jump/10s rest)
7/9 = 350/3-min (1-min, 160 was ropeless then 2-min,190 was with rope)

*** Week 1 (2nd - 8th) = 180+250+260+1130+1540 = 3360, balance 640 to reach July goal!

For last two weeks of July, my aim is to get at least 1000 jumps per week (because I've reached my July goal :D). This week, I've got my 1000 so I have one day left (Sunday) to play around before I start again on next week, hehe.

I need to start again nap before lunch as I'm getting tired now. I think taking short nap in midday sort of rebooting myself, make me more refresh :D I noticed that I'm starting to have troubles with my jump because of lack of rest (or lack of naps, haha), like yesterday, I kept tripping when normally, I could do Scissors Jump nearly effortlessly like normal jump rope!

My goal is to be consistent! I did 2 mins tonight but I only counted 134 jumps. 1. I am tired and jumping at night isn't goin't to work. I need to do it while I'm fresh. 2. I may have cheated myself with the count due to exhaustion and trying to make it through 2 mins non-stop.

Excited that I did it even if it wasn't the stellar improvement I thought I'd make in 1 day!
Good nite! Got to jump to it- early tomorrow morning.

Hmm, I see a pattern here, on fasting days (2nd and 9th), my jump rate are lesser than 200 in 2-min. But when I'm not fasting, I can get over 200 in 2-min. Must be because of lack of energy, hehe. I did a ropeless jump on 9th but I didn't include that, actually forgot, haha.

10/7 = 240/2-min (3 sets of 30s jump/10s rest)
9/7 = 350/3-min (1-min, 160 was ropeless then 2-min,190 was with rope)

Hello. I have not been jumping everyday but only twice per week. I am doing 2 rounds of that jump rope tabata per day so that adds up to 10 minutes and 40 seconds per week.

Will do! I have a date with my rope at 8:15 PM tonight (after the sun goes down). If at first you don't succeed, try, try again-- right??!!

MSMOSTIMPROVED, you can start small, perhaps aim small number (say 60) per day or do this month's challenge, daily 2-min jump rope. Set your target how much you can jump this month and you will be more "pushed" to try getting that goal number!

My goal = 4000
7/6 = 260/2-min (a set of interval, 3 x 30/10)
7/3 = 250/2-min
7/2 = 180/2-min

OK, I'm trying again. I refuse to be a lame team member but, it turns out I'm not as good as jumping rope as I remember. This is going to be harder than I thought.

My goal for this month is 4000 jump rope. Assuming I jump 200 per day, 5 days a week (2 days are rest day). I'm dwindling down my jump rope rate to prepare for the fasting month, get use to less jumping (I still want to do a little jump in Ramadhan :D)

Hi Team! I hope you did great in June 2012, WooHoo!

This month, our mini goal is minute challenge. Do at least 2-min of jump rope daily. Quite simple, right :D

As usual, our main goal for every month is set your maximum total for jump rope this month, post it here and share your progress with team!

Lots of fireworks in July with JUMP ROPE!
