Yesterday, I tried how long I can stay jumping non-stop. When I did normal and side-to-side (8 sets of 10 normal and 10 side-to-side), I got 1:14. Then I tried normal and scissors (10 sets of 10 normal + 10 scissors), I got 1:33. And those were when I was hungry LOL

Hmm, by calculation and based on my workout plan for rest of June, I need to jump at least 690 per day, at least for 4 days. I'm a bit lazy to do exercise this month and after I have stopped do workout at night, I still trying to adapt to this new change, trying to do exercise while it still light.

That's good to know, Yassemine :D

Today I did non-stop jumping, to see if I can do more than my previous result () and I managed to do 2-min. I think mixing different style made it more longer than just do the same jump.

I did another 1-min nonstop jumping: 180 jumps.
It's lower than my previous result but I think it's because I was really tired.
I'm really finding these jump rope tests helpful. Hopefully, I'll start doing them more often.

This month, it will be a jump rope fitness test!

Set your starting point for your jump rope:
- 1-MIN JUMP: how many jumps you can do in 1-min
- NON-STOP JUMP: how long you can jump non-stop
- TABATA JUMP ROPE: how many sets of 4-min tabata workout you can do (1 set equals 8 rounds of 20s high intensity jump and 10s rest)

You can either do all three tests in 1 day or one test per day (three days in a row). But remember, by end of this month, you need to do those tests again with similar routine.
For example, if you choose to do all three tests in one day (e.g. June 3rd), by end of June (e.g. June 30th) you need to take the test again by doing all three tests in one day, too. If you want to do one test one day (say June 3rd, 4th, 5th) so end of June, you need to choose three last days of June (say 28, 29, 30) to retake the tests.

We also have MAXIMUM TOTAL JUMP, too, to make sure you don't slack off your jumping!
Set up your goal for June, highly recommended to increase your goal compare to May 2012 if you think you have much more over achieved what you got last month :D My goal this month will be 5500 jumps because I'm preparing myself to tune down my jump pace for fasting month preparation :D I don't want to keep jumping so high then suddenly drop too low!

Keep jumping, team, and don't forget to get proper warm up, cool down and stretches and combine your exercises with good meals, good rest :D I believe in balancing those three in life to get healthy, fit lifestyle!

GOOD LUCK, TEAM!
