This week, I did 4 min on Monday and yesterday, 6 min so total 10 min and 20 min to go to get my weekly 30-min jump rope!

I was looking forward to doing this challenge, something new and fresh but unfortunately I have acquired a stress fracture in my foot and cannot jump until it is healed completely. Hopefully I can rejoin in March. Everyone is doing really good. Before I stopped I was meeting my 60 jumps several times during the day. I hope I don't lose what I gained while letting my foot heal.

- Feb 12th, I did 2 min before a BodyRock workout and 4 more minutes afterward, so total 6 minutes and 615 jumps.
~~~ which also means, Week 2, I did total jumps 24 minutes, just 6 minutes left to get that weekly goal 30 minutes. So very close!

- Feb 5th, I did 4-min before and after BodyRock, so total 8 minutes and 845 jumps
~~~ which also means, Week 1, I did total jumps 14 minutes but unfortunately 16 min to get that weekly goal 30 minutes!
- Feb 7th, I did 2 min before and after BodyRock, so total 4 minutes and 460 jumps
~~~ which also means, Week 2, I did total jumps 4 minutes.
- Feb 8th, I did 2 min before and after BodyRock, so total 4 minutes and 450 jumps
~~~ which also means, Week 2, I did total jumps 8 minutes.
- Feb 11th, I did 2 min before and after BodyRock and within BodyRock, 6 minutes, so total 10 minutes and 1290 jumps
~~~ which also means, Week 2, I did total jumps 18 minutes and I got Sunday to get at least 12 minutes to reach weekly goal 30 minutes!

How's your jumping rope so far for last week, IFFYIFFY? I find it helps to make jump rope as warm up and mixing with the strength exercises to get the goal :D

Last week, I did total 23 minutes, just 7 minutes till my goal 30 minutes weekly!

I guess, IFFYIFFY, now we're adult, we think too much than when we were kids and of course, less agility, hehe. So, maybe that's why jump rope feels so hard! But for me, it's my favourite, nothing in my mind when I'm doing it, enjoy doing it much more compare to other activities, so in the end, even with so much sweat, muscles ache, I can still grin happily, haha.

Just got another jump rope this morning, total 9 minutes so total this week, previous 6 plus latest 9 is 15 minutes! So, I have another 15 minutes to go and it's Sunday, the last day of this week!

I am aiming for ten minutes a week. Just starting up. Once I get to 5 minutes without having to take short breaks, well than I shall be happy and increase those minutes.
