For July 2011 Challenge, Week 3, see below for the plan:
- Day 1: High Step
- Day 2: Forward & Backward
- Day 3: Jump Rope Jacks
- Day 4: Combine Day 1 to Day 3 into one workout
Try to do at least 5 sets of 20 jumps per jumping style.
Bonus Challenge: On the fourth day, do total 1000 jumps of the combination styles or more!
Day 1: High Step - The moderate run with a high knee lift to increase intensity.
Day 2: Forward & Backward - Imagine there's a line in front of you. While twirling the rope, hop back and forth over the line.
Day 3: Jump Rope Jacks - Twirling the rope as you normally would, jump your feet in and out like a jumping jack .
