Hi Everyone!

For July 2011 Challenge, Week 1, see below for the plan:
- Day 1: Alternate Foot Jump
- Day 2: Side to Side
- Day 3: Single Leg Hop
- Day 4: Combine Day 1 to Day 3 into one workout

Try to do at least 5 sets of 20 jumps per jumping style.
Bonus Challenge: On the fourth day, do total 1000 jumps of the combination styles or more!

Day 1: Alternate foot jump - The "skipping technique" where feet are alternated up and down while the rope makes itís revolution. You land more prominently on one foot after each rope spin.

Day 2: Side to Side - Alternate landing areas from left to right. Use caution as getting familiar with where the rope might go may take time.

Day 3: Single Leg Hop - Jump on one leg first then repeat at the other leg for 1 set. If the target jumps per set is 20 jumps, do 10 jumps per leg to make it easier or 20 jumps per leg for harder.
