This week I tried squat jump and skater squat. Squat jump challenges my butt muscle and skater squat work my thighs, I could really feel the work when I do the move more slower and control.

Some areas rains, some areas snows and other parts probably wish they have rain or snow. Anyhow, drive carefully especially to those in snow/rain season areas as it's not worth it to speed if you will lose your body parts or life and even worse, involve others in the accident!

We're getting nearer to mid-February, some might be getting panic attack right now, hehe. Here's our team's latest Fortnight Challenge:
emoticon Challenge yourself with new workout, there are plenty to try from website, magazine or you can even ask your trainer for new exercise! Especially with our new year celebration, there are definitely abundant of new ideas!

emoticon Have food craving? Try to curb it in 3 days before signal defeat - your craving either just an impulse craving or it's really a craving that you can't ignore (but remember just take SMALL portion!)
