We're in our mid-January now, hope you guys still active and not letting the New Year Bug bites you (NY bug = make you make great New Year resolutions and before March, you will end up forget/abandon the all, hehe).
I just realized that SP always ends the week with Saturday, so from now I'll end every fortnight challenge on Saturday, instead of Friday. Here's our new fortnight challenges:
Do at least 20 minutes cardio which includes jumping rope on at least 3 days weekly (even just few minutes jumping will burn a lot!)
Drink water 3 litres or 12 cups daily
Post your updates in this forum and by Jan 30th, I'll give goodies to those who excel the challenges
