26 minutes of soup workout, got 200 jumps on jumping rope. Quite sore at my thighs and arms, haha.

Today, I did 30-minutes workout (sandwich workout, my favourite!), got only 100x jumps. I actually was running out of time so had to cut a bit short of my plan. But I'm still glad I did my workout today emoticon

Did my sandwich workout today (cardio+strength) which includes 15-minutes of full body strength training and total 300 jumps (jump #1, before strength, was 50x and jump #2, after strength, was 250x) on my 2nd trustiest jumping rope emoticon Total minutes for my today's workout was 41 minutes, yay!

We're in our mid-January now, hope you guys still active and not letting the New Year Bug bites you (NY bug = make you make great New Year resolutions and before March, you will end up forget/abandon the all, hehe).

I just realized that SP always ends the week with Saturday, so from now I'll end every fortnight challenge on Saturday, instead of Friday. Here's our new fortnight challenges:
- emoticon Do at least 20 minutes cardio which includes jumping rope on at least 3 days weekly (even just few minutes jumping will burn a lot!)
- emoticon Drink water 3 litres or 12 cups daily

Post your updates in this forum and by Jan 30th, I'll give goodies to those who excel the challenges emoticon
