Great for everyone to continue doing their workout. Don't forget your rest, good diet and drink lots of water!

Monday - only did 5 min on elliptical, too rush, too many distraction, haha

Tuesday - got 30 min workout which includes whole body strength training and jumping rope 205x emoticon

I forgot to post that yesterday morning I did a 25 minute kettlebell workout. Today I didn't do any official exercise as I am taking a rest day, but I did walk a really lot at work today.

Did 5 minutes morning workout, felt much better while driving (no sleepy spell hit me!) compare to yesterday, when I skip morning workout. After work, sometimes after dusk, did about 38 minutes - 3 min each warm up and cool down on elliptical and in the middle did 200x jumping rope (lose my favourite rope, had to do with the heavier-bulkier-handles rope. Then after cool down, did some stretches and did several strength while watching a tv series.

I did 5 minutes of jogging in place and jumping jacks this morning and this afternoon I did 75 jumps on my jump rope, that was 1 minute and 46 seconds.

I did the 10 jumprope workout again today. I also did a 30 min workout DVD. I got plenty of sleep Fri and sat, but today was back to work after a 2 week vacation and for some reason I just couldn't fall asleep last nite, I tried though.

Manage to squeeze in 6 hours for Saturday and Sunday and it was such a struggle for someone who tends to sleep late on weekends, haha. On Sunday, had to went out for fresh supplies and groceries and today, woke up too late so in short these two days, couldn't do my morning workout. So, tonight, will change my alarm tone or maybe I should change my bed, it's too good for sleep, haha.

Over slept this morning. Try to do some jumping jacks and my dog thought I wanted to play, and then jumped on a piece of a chewy bone of the dogs. Will do better tomorrow.

Don't forget do the sleep challenge - at least 6hrs sleep on Friday, Saturday and Sunday - most people usually sleep less on these days (or overslept in daylight, haha) so I hope this encourage you to maintain your good sleep emoticon
