this week my goal is to eat healthy portion control suppers and to limit snacking.

also not have some pop at work and limit what i drink at home.

Goal 1 is to not miss any workouts - I didn't miss any last month.
Goal 2 to work at keeping what I eat cleaner - striving for 95%.
Goal 3 to make some visible changes to my muscle definition as well.

That's way too many goals for one month, but if I can get two in then it will still be a success.
