my computer has been down and i also have lost some steam.... i wiegh in on saturday a little nerevous.

I have still been running 3 x's a week but eating whatever I want...not good.

Let's get back on track!!

I know what you mean stina. I have not done anything last week as well as the weekend. I need another goal or something to motivate me. I will try to find it next week. I think tue is a new day. mon, I have the kids home, so it would be worthless trying to start something. you will find it!

Hi!

I haven't been as active with SP as I should have been! I have lost my motivation and don't know what to do! I am scared to get on scale on Wednesday! I know I have gained weight!

I am not focusing like I should be! I got overwhelmed and not sure why!? I don't have a clue what caused me to feel overwhelmed?...if it was SP, I need to figure out why...

im still here. just dont check every day. I did a 15 min workout yesterday, no plan for today, which may kill me. it is hard to squeeze in any time when I feel like I have no time in the day to do everything I want to do. ugh! planning a date night for tonight, just have to be smart about what I eat! muscles feel sore from yesterday, I know I worked my legs!!!

Shan~ Yes, a new day! I am in the same boat! Sweets were my downfall for the last week or so!

Sadie~ Better get a new bike huh? I cannot wait until Spring! I want to ride my bike now! Can't ride on ice though lol...

I haven't worked out in the last few days/week....waiting for my motivation to go into overdrive again....I just feel like relaxing...Yesterday I cleaned my house for 2-3 hours!

SHAN today is a new day! I'mso happy you got out for a run.

I'm a little bummed , my car got fixed bit I broke a bearng on my bike. So now my bike broke down. LOL Well that s how I have been working out alot. So today I'm hoofing it to work.

I had a pretty goodeating day yesterday and started BodyPump again and I am feeling sore today!

I did horrible yesterday. not sure why I ate so many sweets. today is a new day. I started running first thing this morning, it was good to get outside and get my workout done! it is hard to get motivated by yourself. finding one other person to keep you accountable helps!

I just want to let you all know that the scale said 201.4 this am.... down less then a pound again... I know why though I need to curb my "grazing" habit.

I'm not sure! I hope Tema has a fast recovery! It is good that she is focusing on herself! Something that I am struggling to do for myself! I have been struggling for a week now, again. I haven't been around SP at all the last few days...thinking I need some encouragement and motivation!

I was already bad today! I ate a mcdonalds breakfast! I could not resist it.

Now to make good choices fo the rest of the day. I can't believe I ate a meal that was 900+ calories!!!

So for workouts today, I did the elliptical(10 as mentioned earlier) and 60 minutes of dancing on Dance Central! It feels great!

Sadie~ Awesome you! for doing the 5k your way! It feels great to jog doesn't it??? I love to do intervals of walking/jogging on my treadmill! When I do, I feel all of the tension and stress in my body, leave it. Great work! Keep it up!

Holly~ 2 lbs that are fluctuating is kind of a downer, Ive been there with 3-5 pounds! Don't get too down about it! At least it isn't a gain! = )

I have done 10 min of elliptical so far today...It's a start! I am going to do Walk Away the Pounds here in a min!

lost inches this week too. I had to wear a belt yesterday to keep my pants up. very encouraging. Today I am going to start running, or at least do a run/walk. I need some fresh air, out of this sick house. I am feeling better, but my son is sick now. it is hard to slow him down. keep spraying down the house not to get anyone else sick. I can try. have a good weekend, and don't splurge too much

I was hoping for a better number this morning too. 202. I lost .2 oy.

On a more positive note I have stuck to my 5k You Way Challenge. Started week 4 today. I'm now offiacially jogging more than walking this week. (walk for 2 minutes jog for 2.5 minutes for 27 miinutes)

Stina- Hey at least you didn't get a gain!

Holly- Glad to hear ta t all went well with the Doc. Don't sweat it I'm sure you will lose that 2 pounds. In a couple weeks I'm gonna learn how to slaughter chickens and tan hides :) Sort of gross but a skill that I will be glad to have. It may come in handy someday!

Shan2- I hope your feeling better tis week.

Picking eggs sounds like fun. It is good for kids to experience where food really comes from.

As far as how things are going... I have been wearing a heart monitor for 3 weeks because I was having some episodes. I got my results yesterday and for the most part everything looks good. Doc is thinking it is from my medication. Anyway, although they told me I could exercise I was cautious about pushing myself too far. Now that I have confidence that I am really okay... I am going for a run this morning. I have been up/down with 2 lbs for the last 8 weeks. I am sure it is stress that is causing it because I don't think I have really eaten enough for a true 2 lb gain.

Good luck to everyone's weigh in ... I hope it is better than mine!!

How did everybody do today?

I did okay. I went to a farm and gathered eggs and washed them up for selling with my son it was fun. I feel a little icky so didn't eat very much today and I pray that it won't bite me tomorrow...or worse...I hope that I am not getting sick.

I finished up week 3 on my 5k your way plan. Next week it goes walk for 2 minutes then jog for 2.5 minutes. It is officially jogging mor than walking !!!

I'm a little nervous. I'm very proud of myself for sticking withthis program. Thank you everybody for keeping me motivated!

Sadie~ Great news about new job! I believe heavy cleaning burns a lot of calories. I was looking into getting a heart rate monitor...not sure I want something strapped around my chest though.

I work 10-6 today. So I will come home and exercise and probably go to bed. I might be on throughout the day.

I got a new cleaning job today. I did 180 minutes of "heavy housecleaning".... 3 hour job serious hard work I was literally dripping sweat.. when I put it into my fitness tracker it said 600+ calories. I dont know about that.....it seemed a little hight so I only claimed 90 minutes.

I can't wait to get a heart rate monitor so i can keep a close eye on that kind of stuff.

PS: my car maight get fixed on friday!

wow you girls are good! way to keep encouraging each other. I got sick this week. bad news= no workouts for me. good news=easy weight loss because I am not eating as much. Stina i"m shooting for at least 30 minutes. I need to get remotivated too.

Excersize makes me feel so good when I don't do it I get down. It is a really good reason to get off my big ole butt LOL.

HI!

I haven't worked out since the 22nd!!! I definitely need some motivation! Today I am going to do some cardio workouts! I need to get back on track! Last night I did walk around my neighborhood for 30 minutes! It was 34 degrees and spittin rain, but I didn't care! I wanted to walk outside!

Sadie~ Hang in there! I am sorry that I haven't been here much! You are going to get through this! YOU got this! Keep pushing and do not give up! How many minutes of cardio are you going to do today? Let's see who can do the most cardio!

My main problem is being at work. My coworkers have been wanting to go out and eat, and I so want to have fun and be like them and not care! So I eat what I want, regret it a tad bit, then not exercise because I feel lazy! EVIL cycle I am on the last few days!

I feel like I'm losing motivation!! Where is my Black Team at?

I didn't run today :( But I walked alot. I just found out that I probably need a new car and Lady Cybil on Downton Abbey Died!!!!

What is this world coming to!?!

In Washington it is cold right now but no too cold.

Okay....this morning my wieght was 202.2. so I gained...bleh.

+.4 nothing to extreme just frustrating.

When I workout I get so hungry some times. Any tips? Hope you all have a great day!

it has been a hard week for me. I worked out twice. Plan to do something today, dressed for success. I think it hit me when I did zumba for an hour after doing nothing. I think because I over did it, I tell myself I need to take it easy instead of pumping it up a notch. At least I lost 2 lbs! success in the little things!

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!

I'm so happy HOLLY! Glad your still in it.

I made some bad food choices this week. It looks likek I've gained a little today... like a half of one pound which isn't bad. Bleh but it is frustrating.

I'm going to post my wieght tommorrow because I think i can shed it today. I did a 30 minute jog and my car is still broken so i can ride my bike to work and back today.

I hope Everyone has a good Saturday!

Hi Black Team! I am still in the game! Woohoo!! I think I understand all the rules now -- I was posting on member (Working Out At Home) blogs. Now, I know I need to post on pages of members of this specific challenge. I guess I didn't do a good job of reading the fine print. LOL.

I was stressing yesterday because I had a phone interview for a promotion for a job that is 2 states away. I was stressed about how I would actually make this move, if offered. My son is senior in high school and the job would start in March. Ugh!! Thankfully, I didn't turn to food...well, I actually did but stopped after a reasonable portion. How is that for progress?!

Holly I doubled checked the pages of everyone in the challenge and still didn't see where you posted on any of their pages this week so the second strike still stands.....but I have you weight at 182.0....So really be careful for the duration of the challenge because if you get one more strike then that will be it for you.....my suggestions to everyone is this once you log into spark people just do those three things right away and then you're done for the week....it's quick and simple....good luck everyone

SHAMAYO - your post reminds me when my kids were little! They are only 16 months apart and I used to push one in the stroller and have one in a backpack. Often times, this was just easier than a double stroller because we lived in Italy at the time (husband in the Navy) and live was VERY different than the states.

Holly~ What??? You get 3 strikes! You aren't out yet are ya?

Sadie~ I love your positive attitude! You are always so chipper on here and it motivates me! LOL!

I have done 10 min elliptical, 45 Bob Harper, 5 min XFactor, and 60 ST today! I had Subway for lunch- Oven Roasted Chicken 6 inch with spinach and a little bit of mayo. I have had my 5 servings of freggies today! I am planning on doing some Leslie Sansone later on and another 20 min on my elliptical!

weekends are hard, unless I have a plan. I was able to squeeze in 15 min of a video. it got my heart rate up and was something. Bad part, was I had birthday brownies. That is okay, Monday is a new day!
