Lisa I take the weight from the previous week unless there was no weigh in that week then I go to the week before that....I don't use the starting weight until the 4th week when I do a percentage total...I hope that makes sense....

Hope it's okay to weigh in early... we're going out of town (right now0 and I won't have internet access 'til Monday night.

REALLY sucks... I gained. 0.8. How on earth do you do all the right things (no - I'm not overestimating my food... I"m measuring and tracking!) - for 3 straight weeks, and gain? I don't think it's possible that I'm gaining that much muscle at this point.

Suggestions anyone? (besides hang in there???)

Penny don't worry about it you're still good but blogs don't count only because it's just more work for me.....and this is not the only team I'm running this challenge for right now I'm dealing with about 50 people pages that I have to search thru every week and it gets time consuming so it's just easier for me to search the pages then the blogs

After a brief break-down two days ago when it looked like (after I have done EVERYTHING right for TWO weeks) I had gained 2 pounds emoticon - I jumped on the scale today and I'm back down a bit.

Stevie let say today is the official start up date...so remember the rules and the week starts from Monday to Sunday so you have those days to post on others thread or make your own and huddle and comment on others pages.... so like tomorrow Monday starts a new week...
