Here are my fitness goals for December.
Bike 1x week - Sundays
Swim 2000 meters/week, so probably swim 3x week
Run 3x week
Strength train 2x week
Tennis 1x week - Thursdays
Going to try to squeeze in Yoga 1x week.
My stretch goal is a half iron-man triathlon in 2013 so I need to get prepared. This is my first week of the above goals, so far I am on the mark.
Holly/Texas. Time Zone: CST; Don't do anything today you can't maintain for the rest of your life; Studies show a mere 11 minutes of weight training 3 times a week is enough to reduce your body fat and raise your metabolism.
My goal is to find out what is causing the severe pain inmy left side and toeliminate it and 15 more pounds. Eatiung healthy is the only way I know that is going to help that. I won't be eating mindlessly due to the holidays, because I do not celebrate them. I have one celebration that is next Saturday and that is the 23rd anniversary of the church I am attending. There will be cake, of course, and I intend to eat a piece just big enough to be able to taste it. It will be the healthy version of cake decorated for the occasion, but I know the bakers and they don't put anything unhealthy in the works. So that should not hurt me very much.
What are your goals for the month of Dec...I know that this month we get bogged down with a lot of holiday mindless eating but we can focus and stay on track
My goals is to not do a lot of mindless eating and continue to get my glasses of water in and more veggies that's my biggest problem
