Hi there! I'm back. It's been a while. My goals are kind of basic right now. I have to get back to exercising.

1) Do at least 15 minutes of exercise per day.
2) Eat less sugar.
3) Stay in my calorie range.

Goals for October

1. stay on the eliptical/bike for an hour
2. lose 8 pounds
3. eat more veggies
4. try to cut out the last soda

October Goals
1. Use circuit training workouts to burn at leat 1500 calories a week
2. Eat within calorie range and make healthy choices daily (including week-ends)
3. Get out the 180's

Hi here are my goals
1. Keep up with my workouts at least 5 days a week
2.Eating more vegetables
3. Drink my 8 glasses of water
4.Doing yoga at leat 10 minutes a day
5.Cut down on sugar

1. toning up some more
2. doing only FIRM workouts this month
3. meditating every day for at least 5 minutes
4. doing proper weekly meal planning again
5.using more of my vegan cookbooks

What are yours

Here are mine....

1. lose 10 lbs this month
2. stay with the calorie range of my program
3. work out 5 out of 7 days per week...
4. celebrate my bday with a bang....but stay within the range
