Circuit 1
decline pushups (20 reps)
dumbell flys on stability ball (10 reps)
air squats (30 reps)
jump squats (to failure)
30 seconds rest

Circuit 2
Dumbell chest press (20 reps)
dumbell flys (15 reps)
squat thrust (20 reps)
side lunges (10 each leg)
30 seconds rest

Circuit 3
Close-grip pushups (as many as you can)
plank (30-60 seconds)
jump squats (as many as you can)
one legged squats (10 each leg)
jumping jacks (1 minute)
30 seconds rest

Circuit 4
Military press (10 reps)
jump knee tuck (10)
static lunges with dumbell (10 each leg)
reverse crunches (10-30)
boat pose (30-60 seconds)
30 seconds rest

Circuit 5
High knees jog (30 sec) & jog in place (30 sec) 5X
30 second rest

Bonus:
Do each circuit 2X
Then do 15-20 minutes cardio
