Weigh In day was today and I was up 1 pound I don't think it is due to over eating though I finally started weight training this week so it could be muscle. We will see what next week brings.

I had a bad weigh in for my first week on Sparkpeople - I am not sure what happened because I am logging both the food and the exercise everyday on here but when I did Weight Watchers I lost weight right off, I was not able to do exercise though so I dont get how I gained 6 pounds.
I started at 335 and went up to 341
Where did I go wrong??
I worked out every other day on my Total Gym and then I keep track of my steps and made most of the time to 3000 steps and drank the 9 glasses of water
Dose anyone have any other ideas what to do???

Something is really strange I am actually losing wieght after 2 years of not being able to and having syndrome x, I"m going to take it and run with it, but its just odd. Last week I was 244 and this week I am at 240.. I am happy about it, just don't understand it!

This week 244 its probably water weight though, I have bad edema and when I take the water pill the weight comes off fast, so I'm not holding my breath too long!

I had a baby in June and I need to get back in shape. Body is still returning its self back to normal. Then it is time for boot camp. Got this new DVD system called PX90. Cross my fingers!!!!!

Hi Madeline.. just an idea. I hit a plateau and figured out I was not eating enough but still working out... my body sort of went into a starvation mode until I added some food. I hope that helps, and hope you start losing again soon!

I think it was a combination of eating UNDER my range (completely on accident, I would squeeze in a snack before I went out, and forget to eat dinner when I came home) and not excercising thanks to an injury on Monday.
