great report, very helpful for inexperienced tri hopefuls

Well, not my best tri, but I am proud of finishing a very difficult swim. I also finished 4th in my age group, but I'm not too excited about that since the gap between me and the 3rd place finisher was about 7 minutes!

My race report is on my blog if you would like to read it. Get a cup of coffee. It's kind of long, as y'all know by now I can be a bit wordy:
