This is a busy week for everyone so the first few days will be easy but then I'm going to kick it up a notch for Friday and Saturday!
Sunday - Total body stretch & get 8 hours of sleep tonight
Monday - 8 glasses of water & finish wrapping presents if you have to
Tuesday - 10 deep breaths & march in place for 1 minute
Wednesday - Smile & Remember the reason for the season (whatever season you celebrate they are all about love and caring)
Thursday - Celebrate your success so far & celebrate the season
Friday - 25 crunches (any kind) & march in place for 1 minute
Saturday - do this 10 minute video & track it by clicking at the bottom of the page
