Monday - Banana & Superman holds
Tuesday - find a short SP workout video (under 10 mins) & do it
Wednesday - crunches with twist and swimming with our without ball
Thursday - find another short SP video (under 10 mins) & do it
Friday - 3 fruits & 3 veggies
Saturday - pick a longer SP video (10 mins or more) & do it

Hi Everyone.

DAMNFAT I'm not sure if you sent me the sparkmail to remind me or not but thank you.

This is a busy week for everyone so the first few days will be easy but then I'm going to kick it up a notch for Friday and Saturday!

Sunday - Total body stretch & get 8 hours of sleep tonight
Monday - 8 glasses of water & finish wrapping presents if you have to
Tuesday - 10 deep breaths & march in place for 1 minute
Wednesday - Smile & Remember the reason for the season (whatever season you celebrate they are all about love and caring)
Thursday - Celebrate your success so far & celebrate the season
Friday - 25 crunches (any kind) & march in place for 1 minute

Keandri - not a dumb question at all. One of my leaders calls FRuits and vEGGIES FREGGIES to make it easier. So if you get any combination of 5 fruits and veggies you've gotten your 5 freggies!

This week I'm going to post opposing muscle moves every day....Sundays will always be rest and relax. All exercises are on the demo pages - for holds, only do as long as you can - count to 5, 10 whatever if you can't get to 30 - believe me you will build up endurance. When I started I could count to 5 now I can go to 50 if I try. Also if you don't have light hand weights, use soup cans or nothing - you will still work the muscle!

Sunday - rest and relax
Monday - Banana and Superman (under core exercises)
Tuesday - alternating dumbbell biceps curls and dumbbell triceps kickbacks
Wednesday - bridges and seated leg extensions
Thursday - crunches with twist and swimming
Friday - bent over rows with band and chest press with band (or light weights)
Saturday - cat and camel stretches
