Sammathe, You bring up a very good point. I keep thinking; How will I pay for all of my rewards? (I mean, it's not like I'm on that fast a track mind you, but I'm planning big things!)

My ultimate goal is to reward myself with a new garden tub with whirpool jets. Not sure how I'll pay for it just yet, but I'll figure something out, because that's what I'm working toward.

I forgot to add that if and when I reach my goals, I want to take a 10-14 day trip to one of the following countries: China, Japan, Egypt, Italy, Spain, or France. :-) I found a great website with pretty good packages: www.gate1travel.com. This will be my reward to myself for staying on track.

Sept 08 - Pay off a $3000 debt
March 09 - Pay off a $4500 debt
Dec 09 - Pay off a $8000 debt

I am doing this by paying an extra $500 a month on each debt. And as one is paid off, take that money and add that to the monthly payment of the next debt.

My 2008 money goal is to pay off all credit card debt. I plan to do this by over-paying my credit card bills by every dime available, and by setting up regular, small payments to my credit card on a weekly basis.

My 2009 money goal will be to pay off one vehicle and then the other.

My overall goal is to pay off all "bad debt" (debt on depreciating items) in the order of interest rates.

What are everyone else's money goals for 2008 and how do you plan to get there?
