Yesterday, I did an hour of ball / weights exercises while on a conference call. Most productive call I've had in ages. LOL

Found myself slipping away from daily use of the ball & band again. Love them but somehow tough to keep in my routine if I don't have a challenge or something to remind me.

Knees are bothering me a little bit recently so thinking getting more into the ball again & some upper body band work might be a good change of pace plus give my knees a little rest. Will see how that goes; it's really hard for me to stay away from walking games (e.g., Walk It Out & Wii Fit stuff).

I'm keeping at this challenge pretty good. Using SP videos / demos for ball exercise ideas and also catching some new (to me) shows on Exercise & Fit TV that incorporate the ball.

I agree with you, MEANCARLEEN. I do have to really concentrate to keep my balance on it at times though, especially with those dumb bells.

I LOVE my stabillity ball; especially using dumb bells while balancing myself on the ball.
