Found myself slipping away from daily use of the ball & band again. Love them but somehow tough to keep in my routine if I don't have a challenge or something to remind me.
Knees are bothering me a little bit recently so thinking getting more into the ball again & some upper body band work might be a good change of pace plus give my knees a little rest. Will see how that goes; it's really hard for me to stay away from walking games (e.g., Walk It Out & Wii Fit stuff).
