My name is Liz and I just joined this group and wanted to say hello! I am currently training for my first half-marathon and it is scary because as a newbie, I really don't know what the hell I'm doing! I'm running four days a week and so far I've had no issues regarding injuries and the like. I'm even hardly ever out of breath anymore (which baffles me to be honest!) My biggest problem is just getting up in the morning - but once I'm pulling on my track pants I'm ready to rock! Anywhoo, good luck everyone with your training :)
