Hi out there,

I am just learning about HIIT training, as I was thinking it could help me with getting ready for a 10K I'm doing at the end of March.

I'm running the Cooper River Bridge 10K in Charleston, SC...the bridge has a 4% slope and is 2.5 miles that's 1.25 miles going up at that slope and 1.25 miles going down it.

In what I've found, it seems like HIIT can help prepare me to handle that bridge...anyone have any thoughts or experience with it?
