Since I've begun this new journey to become a runner and complete a half marathon in May 2010--I have been given some very interesting tips.
I've been told that a runner needs to ensure they are getting adequate amounts of potassium, zinc, and magnesium in their diets on a daily basis.
What are some of you out there doing to get these in your system while training?
