Enough is enough!! I've been hovering at the same numbers (in the 170s) for way too long!
I am in marathon training again, but that is not going to stop me from breaking through this wall. I'm joining you in this.. so 5% of my current weight IS gone on Christmas and will be the best gift I can give myself!
Starting Weight: September 24 176.4
Challenge Goal Weight: 167.58
Actual Ending Weight: December 25
(5%= -8.82 pounds) I CAN DO THIS!
