Monday is always my "high" for the week, and I'll probably be 2 or 3 lbs less again by Wed & everybody will think it's a miracle weight loss or something. nooo. it's my weekly cycle. I just want to actually LOSE 5% of my true weight now, NOT just Monday water weight. Which is why I'm going to calculate the 5% on my lower weight of 157 - to be fair and accurate. Ok - I talk too much. Here we go!!

Enough is enough!! I've been hovering at the same numbers (in the 170s) for way too long!
I am in marathon training again, but that is not going to stop me from breaking through this wall. I'm joining you in this.. so 5% of my current weight IS gone on Christmas and will be the best gift I can give myself!

I've got to quit dilly-dallying with this - I haven't been consistent enough to lose weight in months!! It's a wonder I haven't gained more than I have. So I'm in. I'll fill in my blanks after weigh-in tomorrow! I actually need to lose more than that by then, but I'll just post the 5% & try for that first.
