I completed my activity awhile ago ( been away from spark).. I tried the treadmill, the eliptical and the bike. It was a great work out. Then I played on the ball and did strength training.

I tried parsley in cooked corn and some cinnamon and nutmeg in sweet potato. They were both good. I don't often use spices when cooking vegetables but I should!
