You've asked for it and here it is! A new challenge to get you moving and motivated!!
In this challenge, you will do some exercise, read some articles, and share information. This is an individual challenge so you will set your own pace.
It will be fun and along the way you might pick up some helpful information. All those that complete the challenge will receive a goodie.
How it Works: You will exercise for 2 hours and then request a numbered activity (1-12). You will complete the activity and then post on the main thread the results of the activity or a link to a blog post, etc.
You cannot accumulate time during the activity period. The maximum exercise time per day is 2 hours. You can only count exercise not household chores or daily activities.
