I did good when I started and then I went on vacation and it was hard to remember the colors, but I tried to eat healthy.

We'll see how I did when I weigh myself tomorrow.

Yes, I did complete this challenge; but, see that I missed posting on the last day. Here's what I did:

red watermelon, yellow banana, green snap peas, orange papaya, white cheese, purple grapes, brown rice and whole grain muffin

Yesterday I had a great salad with lettuce, blueberries, mandarin oranges, strawberries and pineapple. It was yummy from Panera Bread. Last night I had potato.

Thursday's color is WHITE and I ate a purple onion that had a white center. I was suppose to eat white bean soup for snack but spilled it everywhere. My red was radishes. My yellow ( its a stretch, but garlic) My green was yummy kale and I have to figure out orange. I think it will be orange slices for snack.

I thought it might be fun to shake it up a bit this week and try something new.

For this challenge, let's make healthy choices and carry them through the week. For each day, I will post a color and your challenge is to find something healthy in your fridge or pantry to eat as is or include in a recipe. Then next day, we will add on another color and you will include that with the color from the previous day. I will help you as we go on.

Sunday's color is yellow. You could eat a emoticon , emoticon , emoticon (low fat) or anything else that is yellow and healthy that you have.

Post on this thread daily when you have eaten your colors! emoticon
