OMG! Thanksgiving is less than a week away and my god-daughter is turning 15 on Monday (sorry I digress but OMG to that as well).

emoticon to make the good choices that will enpower us to breeze through Thanksgiving without any damage.

Let's track our food and make good choices so we are in good shape (literally and figuratively) by Thanksgiving.

In this challenge, we track our calories in and then let SP do the work. You do not have to do any calculations yourself. SP has a report that calculates all this for you too. Just track your food and fitness using the SP trackers and the rest is done for you. It's that easy.

Go to Reports, then Daily Calorie Differential. You'll find all you need for this challenge.
