We are going to start a fun challenge that is aimed at making you get in more exercise: Food Bingo.
How it works:
Each person will have his/her own Bingo "card". I will email them to you. The "card" will have 5 columns and 5 rows of words. You can print it or make your own Bingo card at home so itís easier for you to make off the squares that you get. For every 60 minutes of exercise, I will pick a square for you. All the cards will have the same squares but in different order. No two will be the same!
The goal of this game is to cover the squares (or mark off the squares) that make up an X from upper left to lower right corner and upper right to lower left corner on your Bingo card.
