I am going to have to start this tomorrow, as I can not remember what I ate yesterday/today. I work 3rd shift, so my day gets logged from midnight to midnight. It can confuse me sometimes. :) I will start now so that I get into the habit now and start paying better attention!

Track your calorie in and calories out. Being aware will get you where you want to go.

For you returning champions, you are doing a great job tracking your calories and burning them up!! For the newbies to our challenge, this is a great way to stay accountable to yourself for your calorie intake and output. Remember we are coming into the good weather (fingers crossed) and we will be wearing less, so let's get going!!

You do not have to do any calculations yourself. SP has a report that calculates all this for you too. Go to Reports, then Daily Calorie Differential.
Linda has a sticky note on this topic too. [link is at bottom]

If you have questions, just ask!

Use this template for your postings:
Enter your calorie range and update your calories eaten and calorie differential each day.
