3/27 = 4 mile walk (55 min) with Leslie Sansone. 35 min walk outside 90 min total

We are all doing so well with our Daily Calorie Differentials - how about challenging ourselves to do some exercise daily?

Walking, Cardio, Wii, Walk Away The Pounds - whatever. Anything is better than nothing!

Post whatever you have done for the day. We will try this challenge one week at a time and see if it flies.

Don't forget - cleaning house counts! It might not burn a ton of calories, but the aim here is to get moving! Every little bit helps - it all adds up!!
