I'm sorry - I have been MIA all week - crazy week for me with Pop.

3/13 - 3 miles walked
3/14 - 3 miles walked
3/15 - 3 miles walked
3/16 - 6 miles walked
3/17 - 6 miles walked
3/18 - 6 miles walked
3/19 - 6 miles walked, laundry and finished my baking! finally!!

3/13 ~ Nada, been a lazy day. Plus we took a little road trip today.
3/14 ~ 30 min walking DVD, 15 min stat bike
3/15 ~ 15 min walk before work, 10 min marching in place in the bathroom (I was bored), 40 minute walk with hubs after work.

03/14 - went for walk in the evening 5 KM in approx 1 hr
03/15 - went for walk on my lunch 4 KM in 45 mins & 45 mins Pilate DVD

3/15 96 min total (18 min elliptical, 45 min kickboxing class, 33 min intervals on the treadmill)
3/16 105 min total (10 min elliptical, 67 min spin class, 28 treadmill)
3/17 92 min total (10 elliptical, 33 bike, 49 treadmill)
3/18 79 total min (24 elliptical, 33 bike, 22 treadmill)
3/19 171 min total (20 treadmill, spin 61, boot camp 91)

3/13 rearranged the living room, rode my bike for 20 minutes
3/14 walked 20 min + rode bike for 30 minutes on program #3
3/15 rode bike this morning:)+ walked for 20 min:)
3/16 went out of town today. My step count was only 4832:(
3/17 Walked around an antique mall:)
3/18 rode my bike 30 min program #3
3/19 raked leaves, took dog for a walk:)

We are all doing so well with our Daily Calorie Differentials - how about challenging ourselves to do some exercise daily?

Walking, Cardio, Wii, Walk Away The Pounds - whatever. Anything is better than nothing!

Post whatever you have done for the day. We will try this challenge one week at a time and see if it flies.

Don't forget - cleaning house counts! It might not burn a ton of calories, but the aim here is to get moving! Every little bit helps - it all adds up!!
