Ok, I am limping back on board with this.
This winter has been a challenge. I have been using the cold (indoors and out) as a excuse for limited exercise and as a result I have "found" some previously released pounds!

Track your calorie in and calories out. Being aware will get you where you want to go.

For you returning champions, you are doing a great job tracking your calories and burning them up!! For the newbies to our challenge, this is a great way to stay accountable to yourself for your calorie intake and output.

You do not have to do any calculations yourself. SP has a report that calculates all this for you too. Go to Reports, then Daily Calorie Differential.
Linda has a sticky note on this topic too. [link is at bottom]
