This is a weekly Challenge, so I would start tomorrow on the next one. But if post all of your food and fitness on those pages, you can then go to reports and run the daily differential report which you use to post the numbers to this page.

The differential tells you if you are exercising enough to burn what you have eaten that day. Depending on how much you want to lose will let you figure the differrential you need each day.

Hope this makes sense, if you still have questions, please leave another post.

December starts on Wednesday. How did it sneak up on us? Let's not let those calories sneak up on us too.

Track your daily calories and differential each day to stay on track.

SP has a report that calculates all this for you too. Go to Reports, then Daily Calorie Differential.
Linda has a sticky note on this topic too.

Give it a try and let's see if we have better results this week. If you want to lose the pounds, do it By the Numbers.
