This sounds great I may not be able to do it starting today because i don't have the bands that are required but I will get me one and start soon... Thanks for the post and links.. This is what I am looking for to jumpstart my workouts again..

Hi Valerie,

I am ready to commit to regular workouts again and the thought of firming up enough to wear a swimsuit in public sounds great!

I am challenging myself to daily walking (my cardio of choice) and I will give the sweatsuit to swimsuit bootcamp a try!!!
