I caught up with the house chore. I spent so many hours ironing while watching season 9 of Cheers.

Fitness: Did Gold's Gym Cardio workout

Healthy: not bad, stayed on track, but I could have avoided the little biscuits and more fruits instead.

Wellness: didn't do much in this department.

Misc.: Wow, I'm proud of me here: Got my new license plates and phoned the insurance company.
Did the laundry, and cleaned the kitchen from top to bottom.

My day flied, I didn't see it!
I worked all day long, so zero in Fitness. Healthy was good, not stellar, but quite good.
I had a killer nap right after lunch-- you know that kind of nap you have because you're really tired, but once you wake up it takes you hours to feel really awake and not grumpy. Yes, this one, exactly.
Wellness: I enjoyed reading poetry in my bed right before sleeping.

To resume my day: work & sleep!

Misc.: Haven't done much, and I have another item to add on my to-do list. Wednesday, I received my card registration documents from the DMW to get my new plates (shamefully, it took me 6 months to fill the papers after my move... I'm going to have the plates done this week: that's my challenge! Oh, and I have to contact the insurance company to notify them about my new license number.)

Fitness department:
Got in my morning workout and a 40 minute walk with DH after work.

Healthy department:
Ate a little more food today but still stayed within my calorie range.

Wellness department:
Enjoying watching American Idol and catching up on Spark.

Miscellaneous:
Had a good 2nd interview for another job today.

sticking to ST, a sliced open foot has grounded me from fast cardio (except maybe boxing... will have to try)

eating super well.

I SUCK AT THIS. JUST AGREED TO START WORKING ON SUNDAYS.

Did a nice brisk 40 minute walk with DH this evening.

Got an encouraging email from a friend.

Phew! It's nearly midnight and I just sent my last file to my client.

I've just prioritized my tasks, Riqui! emoticon

Fitness department:
Did a 2-hour snowshoeing hike again.

Healthy department:
Plenty of veggies, and water.

Wellness department:
Enjoyed the sunshine

Miscellaneous:
hmmm.... On my to-do list:
- send my invoices
- manage my bank accounts
- ironing
- cleaning the fridge
- send my new address to a professional organization
- and so much fun things I've been procrastinated for weeks, or months!

Fitness:
Got 70 minutes in today! Woohoo! I am starting to like snow - when it's not on the road. Although, there is the chance that I am going to run out of things to shovel out or to! Eh...I'll just start on the yard! lol

Healthy:
Have my meals planned out for the day and am within my calorie range. I actually have room left for some snacking tonight; I love it when that happens! Will have all of my water and 5 freggies.

Wellness:
I am going to go tackle one of my biggest stresses - my bathroom off of my bedroom! It is HORRIBLE - completely unusable. And I avoid it like I avoid the pig's pen! I no longer wear makeup or take care of my face because of it though, so... Off I go!

Fitness department:
Got in my 70 minutes of exercise in today.

Got in my 8 glasses, ate breakfast and got in 4 freggies today.

Wellness department:
Got a nice call from my Dad yesterday. It was good to hear from him.

Miscellaneous:
After work, did my workout, did some laundry, had a good dinner and now relaxing in front of the TV and catching up with my sparking.

So, this is my first post to this team and this is where I am going to start. I will go over to the other thread and introduce myself in a moment, but if I don't do this now...well...I may procrastinate and then I won't do it at all. :)

I am going to cover fitness, health and wellness in one full swoop. I am going to quit smoking. I have been thinking about it and thinking about it and have given myself 150 excuses "not to yet." My last cigarette was at 3:58pm - just 5 minutes ago. I have 612 other things that I need to quit procrastinating, but that's good for a start.

Thank you for making me aware of this "holiday week." I needed to celebrate it! :)

I had a wonderful day, not very productive in terms of work-work, but great on other levels.

Fitness department:
Did a 2-hour snowshoeing hike and had a blast.


Healthy department:
A very good day, well-balanced diet.

Wellness department:
Spent time with my father.
Got some vitamin D while hiking.

Miscellaneous:
Clean the kitchen
Did the laundry

Fitness department: Im getting a bikini bod NOW instead of next summer. I did 250 crunches this morning.

Healthy department:
I've had a healthy breakfast and already had 8 glasses of water today!

Wellness department:
I'm going to start morphing my bedroom into a sanctuary TONIGHT instead of waiting til this weekend!

Miscellaneous:
have to finish cleaning the boy's bathroom at home tonight.

From the 1st of March till the 7th is the national procrastination week!

Well, let's procrastinate this week to another year, and instead we'll be doing each day something we have been procrastinated for days, months... or years!

How?

Fitness department:
We won't procrastinate our daily walk, our workout, our strength training.

Healthy department:
We won't procrastinate our breakfast, our water intake, our 5 freggies.

Wellness department:
We won't procrastinate our friends and family (check your mailbox, return calls, send invitations...)
We won't procrastinate ourselves (take some time for you, write down your plans and goals for the month,...)

Miscellaneous:
We won't procrastinate anything we left unfinished (could be a book, ordering your cabinets, list your stuff to be sold on e-bay, ironing,...)

Let's be a rebel this week, and go anticlockwise. This week is going to be our anti-procrastination week!
