I am sorry teammates emoticon I just don't do crunches at this time. I get too much pain from them.

But I am doing the other exercises so I hope y'all will forgive me?

(In my own defense I do walk daily, on average 8+ miles per day, and I have been doing a WATP video most afternoons of varying degrees of difficulty.)

11/10 150 crunches DONE!

I switched it up today and did
25 bicycle crunches
25 twist crunches
50 reverse crunches
50 normal crunches

Hope that still fits in with the challenge?!
