To be successful with weight loss in the long-term, we all know that we must MOVE our bodies. Whether you walk, do Zumba classes, lift weights or some combination thereof, the important thing is to find an activity you enjoy and will do consistently.

For our Activity/Exercise challenge, we will set a monthly workout goal (i.e. 20 workouts for April) and then update our individual threads (by clicking the "Edit My Post" icon). Set a goal that is realistic for you and remember ALL activity counts, even it's a 10 minute quickie workout or 1 hour of yoga.
