Ok team, I have a goal in mind for myself to lose weight.
My Long Term goal date -- June 1st!( Reason-We have a family vacation planned for the middle of June
So with my target date set-here is my plan of action-
I plan to lose 1 pound every 10 days
goal for today-Dec. 10-165-actual weight today=166! up a pound!
Update-Feb. 10-weight today-161
Feb-20-160.5. March 10-160.75
March 30 -weight 160
Started U-DOCs 10 day meal plan-will keep you posted!
Weight went up to 177.
December 20-goal weight--164
-actual weight today-=165--( but down 2 pounds pound from last week!)
goal weight 163 for Dec. 30-actual weight 166
Making progress!- reached the 163 weight on Jan. 7th!
January 10-162---reached 163 hopefully will reach my Jan. 20th goal of 161!
20-161 actual weight today 164. Not happening yet but healthy as a horse!
30-160----- Actual- Lowest weight yet- 161.25
This is my long term fitness goal I hope it is realistic and specific enough. I know things don't always happen as planned so I will be forgiving when screw-ups happen but I promise to keep at it til I reach my goal.
Nutrition wise I will continue using SPARKS Vegetarian Meal plans-tweaking them to match my own nutrition goals.
Fitness wise I plan to average at least 15 minutes a day of workouts in some form. Wish me luck. I will keep you posted on each date as to what really happened.
You are welcome to post your own goals right here and how you plan to make it happen. I need all the help I can get.
