Glad to see you have set a long term goal. That is the first step. Yes it is possible.
Long term goal--Let's do some math. May 4th is almost 6 months a way -so break that 60 pound goal down into about 23 weeks.
Short term goal-- If you lost 2.25 pounds a week every week without fail you could do it.
Daily goal-If you use the Nutrition counter here- making sure you get the nutrients you need to stay healthy and still not go over your limited calories for your height
and use the Fitness counter and work out every day faithfully-
What you do each Day is what is important. Working on Short goals helps you reach your Long term goals.
Mess ups are normal. Life has a way of throwing curves at us. Don't get discouraged. Never give up! Just be happy with your every day achievements.
