I have been sick for 2 days but felt almost back to normal today. So did do 60 minutes on the Elliptical this evening while watching a movie. Glad you are working out Joe,. Did you notice the new team member today is a gentlemen? It would be great if you let him know you are working out on this team and he will not be a lone male !

Missed this thread somehow. I have been doing the ezercises and walking. It's a start but, i walked around a 1 1/2 miles. Hope to get better it's up to this bad knee.

I skipped yesterday's session. Ran out of time but today I did all 10 workout steps to my strength program plus 60 minutes on the Elliptical. Chalked up over 12000 steps.

Here I am reporting in for Mondays session. I hope I'm not alone here.

I did the dumbbell shrugs. 12 times each arm.

Also in the evening while watching Hallmark channel I did my 90 minutes of Elliptical in 15 minute segments this time.

Tomorrows assignment is "Calf raises with a chair". Just do your dozen repeats and be done. so easy but so good for your flexibility.

Hi everyone- Just did our Sat. Workout- one day of strength training- Assignment today-
Dumbbell (or soup cans) Hammer Curls-

Curl in each hand with pal;ms facing upward to your shoulder-Alternating or simultaneously- 12 times

I go to water exercise on Monday and Wednesdays for 60 minutes each visit.
I wont over do it, LOL.

Leta Please just do 12 repeats- of each It doesn't take 60 minutes. Maybe 1 minute or less.

Thursday I did 12 Bicep curls with my 2 pound weights.

Team---Today Fri. please do 12 Dumbell-( or soup cans) of the lateral raise.

Fri. April 24--I did my Lateral raise 12 times for each arm. Slow and easy!

Great job guys on our first day of strength -Knee lifts. !
We are only doing 1 set of each kind for 12 repeats.
This is only to introduce ourselves to different kinds of strength exorcises.

Tomorrow Thursday, April 23rd we will do
12 repeats of Alternating Dumbell (or soup can)Bicept curls ! Enjoy!

i'm sorry, with the knew lifts you were supposed to do 12, how many sets? and for how long? Also what exercises help your waste line/lower back/ hips, get smaller?

Did the 12 seated knee lifts then went to water exercises. 60 minutes of that. I was really tired out after that.

Wed. April 22-Do 12 Seated Knee Lifts (or one of your own choosing.)
You can find a demo of this from your Fitness page-Click on "change exersizes" at the top of Fitness page- and choose Lower Body . Then Click on the one you are looking for and it will appear on you fitness page where you can can click on DEMO

Thurs. April 23-Do 12 Alternating Dumbell (or soup cans)Bicep Curls

Fri. April 24th- Do Dumbell Lateral Raises

Depending your interest I will add more for the rest of the month
