You can find a demo of this from your Fitness page-Click on "change exersizes" at the top of Fitness page- and choose Lower Body . Then Click on the one you are looking for and it will appear on you fitness page where you can can click on DEMO
Thurs. April 23-Do 12 Alternating Dumbell (or soup cans)Bicep Curls
Fri. April 24th- Do Dumbell Lateral Raises
Depending your interest I will add more for the rest of the month
