I was down 0.6 yesterday, but today I'm right where I was. No change for me.
I'm increasing my exercise and logging my food this week. (I keep forgetting to log both)

Remembered Weigh In Day!!!! The great news, I was exactly 138! YAHOO!!!! Getting so close to my goal and the closer I get the harder it seems in some ways, yet at the same time I also feel like I can do this! Feels great, still motivated, and now enjoying a wonderful evening with my family. Gonna watch a Christmas movie with a 100 calorie bag of popcorn. SCHWEET!

I am almost back to where I was the last time I entered my weight into my SP weight tracker! (Post the plunge into "non-motivated self").

I feel GREAT about that! Very exciting!!! I started SP when the scale was over 150 and got all the way down to 138 ---- then back up to 145! However.. *drum roll please* this past Thursday when I stood on the scale the number was 139.8!!!!! WOOT WOOT!!!! I am very excited.

And now to enjoy wine and cheese night with my hubs. (For the occasion we are going with a Goat Milk Brie which is MUCH lower in fats and calories and still VERY delicious!)

Hope everyone is having a great week and will be back in this post next week for the next update!

I started on a Thursday, so I will keep up with Thursday! I did weight myself Thanksgiving morning (LOL) and I know the number wasn't scary (hee hee) however I forgot to log in and post! Will do this Thursday and hoping to see the scale moving! In a positive direction of course :)
