Ok, one of my guys gave me an idea for a January challenge. We have a Captains Chair at our station, and he challenged me to do 10 sets of Knee Lifts, 10 reps each. There are three of us on shift, so we just rotated. I tried this myself and found a 45-60sec rest works good as well.
Here is my idea for a January Challenge: Do this at least once a week in Jan. For the first three weeks take as long as you need to complete the 10 sets. On the fourth week do 10 sets of 10, with less than a min rest between sets.
Hopefully everyone has access to one of these machines and can do this. I think this is kind of an easy challenge, but hey, baby steps right? I am going to make this a personal challenge, but post on here what you think and if you want to join in this challenge.
